Iniziamo il nostro viaggio con una meta per eccellenza, Capri. Qui, presso il boutique hotel J.K. Place Capri, c’è la terrazza panoramica del J.K. A St.Moritz troviamo uno dei fiori all’occhiello dell’ospitalità svizzera, il Kulm Hotel con  l’esclusivo Kulm Country Club, completamente rinnovato nel 2016 da Norman Foster. La sua terrazza panoramica ci regala una splendida vista sul parco dell’hotel, il lago e le montagne circostanti.

Non si può non citare il San Domenico Palace di Taormina, appena entrato nella famiglia Four Seasons. Qui il ristorante Rosso offre specialità siciliane accompagnate dai migliori vini locali su di una terrazza che è pura magia, grazie alla vista panoramica sull’Etna e sulla baia di Mazzarò.

L’immancabile Costa Smeralda rimane una delle mete più gettonate, a luglio, presso lo Yacht Club Costa Smeralda di Porto Cervo, è stata inaugurata la Riva Lounge. Le calde atmosfere della dolce vita ci abbracciano mentre sorseggiamo uno dei cocktails dei talentuosi mixologist che creano drink scenografici, vere e proprie opere d’arte ispirate alle eccellenze locali e alla storia del brand nautico per eccellenza.

I have to mention the San Domenico Palace in Taormina, just joined the Four Seasons family. Here the Rosso Restaurant offers Sicilian specialties accompanied by the best local wines on a magic terrace thanks to the panoramic view of Etna and the bay of Mazzarò.

The Costa Smeralda remains one of the most popular destinations, in July, at the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda in Porto Cervo, the Riva Lounge was inaugurated. Ad Andermatt è stato aperto il ristorante giapponese stellato più alto del mondo, The Japanese by The Chedi Andermatt, che vanta la miglior vista panoramica sulla Valle Orsera e il borgo di Andermatt. Imperdibile il Shidashi Bento menu che ci permette di scoprire in maniera dettagliata la cucina firmata dallo chef Dietmar Sawyere.

All’ultimo piano di Palazzo Fendi a Roma si trova la terrazza di ZUMA Roma con una vista impareggiabile sul centro storico della Capitale. Novità dell’estate è lo spettacolare Rooftop esterno, dove gustare i nuovi cocktail stagionali e gustare la migliore alta cucina giapponese contemporanea nella formula tipica di Zuma, autentica ma non tradizionale, ispirata al concept Izakaya.
