Royal Ascot 2021

1 Luglio, 2021 Published in Events

Partner ufficiali dell’evento QIPCO e Longines.

The most glamorous event expected event has just ended and we want to relive it through some beautiful shots. Royal Ascot is followed by trend setters especially for the famous caps dressed by the Ladies. Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla who, for the occasion, wore a Bruce Oldfield coat with a Philip Treacy’s hat were the most admired. The Queen arrived on the fifth day, due to political engagements, and wore a light blue dress with combining coat and hat. This year Royal Ascot is keen to emphasis sustainable fashion and with legendary stylist Bay Garnett showed how to be glamorous and stylish even wearing vintage clothes, bought in boutiques or revived “shopping in our wardrobe”.
This year Ascot Racecourse launched its first podcast series: Royal Ascot – A New Era in Style, hosted by fashion industry commentator Scott Wimsett and featuring personalities including stylist Bay Garnett, model Arizona Muse, chef Simon Rogan and milliner Stephen Jones OBE. Every Monday evening for the six weeks leading to this year’s Royal Meeting, a new episode was released covering a range of lifestyle topics including conscious fashion, millinery, food and drink, and Royal Ascot fashion through the ages.

Among the horses and riders were: Poetic Flare and Kevin Manning, Joe Fanning riding Subjectivist, Mark Johnston, Tom Marquand riding Alenquer. QIPCO and Longines Official were the official partners of the event.
