Se vi trovate come me a Saint Tropez non potete non trascorrere del tempo all’Hôtel des Lices. La storia di questo luogo risale agli anni’70 quando la signora Odette Scagliola, allora proprietaria del palazzo, amava invitare gli amici e cucinare per loro i piatti tipici della Provenza. A lei, la quale aprì questo splendido hotel proprio nel 1972, è dedicato il ristorante che ancora oggi porta il suo nome e lo chef Romain Ferrere ripropone le sue ricette in chiave moderna.

Per il suo cinquantesimo compleanno l’hotel è stato rinnovato con una ristrutturazione che trae ispirazione all’epoca d’oro della Costa Azzurra, gli anni ’80 e ’90, e che ha voluto comunque mantenere un’atmosfera accogliente e raffinatamente famigliare. Pavimenti in cotto, parete in calce bianca, balconi dipinti a mano da Marlo & Isaure, una vite che ricopre la facciata che è lì dagli anno ’70 sono le sue caratteristiche.
