Un ristorante nel quale la sostenibilità è una vera e propria filosofia di vita, vi si tutela la biodiversità e si utilizzano materie prime coltivate nell’orto biologico alimentato da fonti energetiche 100% green. Un’altra volta gustiamoci il Ristorante gourmet Il Cappero, 1*Michelin dove il giovane Executive Chef Giuseppe Biuso ogni giorno ci stupirà con un menù “a sorpresa” creando un viaggio gastronomico che, partendo dall’Italia, ci porterà intorno al mondo.

Per rigeneraci appieno potremo rilassarci con i trattamenti della Vulcano Natural Spa e immergerci nell’infinity pool lasciandoci conquistare dalla meravigliosa vista sull’arcipelago.
