Foglizzo e Mark Evans

Seguendo le sollecitazioni dell’arte ha incontrato Mark Evans un artista coraggioso e di forte personalità che usa un linguaggio nuovo, pionieristico e accattivante con il quale interpreta la realtà in modo fedele ed allo stesso tempo evocativo. La pelle viene da lui graffiata, raschiata e tagliata per creare immagini potenti che toccano l’animo e la fantasia. Iniziò per puro caso, si era fatto male ed aveva sporcato la giacca di pelle con del sangue. Cercando di pulirla prese un temperino e iniziò a raschiarla, portò alla luce la pelle nella pelle e questo gli fece balenare nella testa un’idea geniale, creare una nuova espressione artistica.

L’opera esposta in occasione del Monaco Yacht Show, opera che rappresenta la Resurrezione, si caratterizza per la sua luminosità vibrante, per i colori vividi e per il suo realismo ipnotico; è stato molto stimolante incontrare Mark e poterci parlare.

Following the solicitations of art, Foglizzo met Mark Evans, a courageous artist with a strong personality who uses a new, pioneering and captivating language to interpret reality in a faithful way and at the same time evocative of the best  emotions. The skin is scratched, scraped and cut to create powerful images that touch the soul and imagination. He started by pure chance, he had hurt himself and had soiled his leather jacket with blood. Trying to clean it he took a sharpener and began to scrape it, brought to light the skin in the skin and a brilliant idea flash came in his head, to create a new artistic expression. The artistic work exhibited on the occasion of the Monaco Yacht Show, a work that represents the Resurrection, is characterized by its vibrant brightness, vivid colors and its hypnotic realism. Meeting and speaking with Mark was very inspiring.
