Ci sono momenti in cui si ha voglia di una coccola speciale, così ho pensato di gustarmi un delizioso tiramisù, il dolce più famoso al mondo. Vi siete mai chiesti come è nato questo dolce? Sono andata a curiosare e ho scoperto che le sue origini risalgono alla seconda metà dell’Ottocento nella città di Treviso. Qui i contadini preparavano lo Sbatudin, tuorlo d’uovo sbattuto con lo zucchero, alla base del Tiramisù, poi ogni famiglia lo personalizzava aggiungendovi ingredienti locali: caffè, vino bianco, liquore, biscotti, burro, ricotta, panna, cacao…fino ad arrivare alla ricetta tradizionale. In dialetto il nome era “Tireme su”.
Una storia tramandata oralmente narra che questo afrodisiaco e corroborante dolce sia stato ideato da una “maitresse” di una casa di piacere ubicata nel centro storico di Treviso per rinvigorire i suoi clienti a fine serata, una sorta di “viagra naturale” del ‘800.
Alcuni discordano e attribuiscono le sue origini a Siena, si dice che in occasione di una visita del granduca Cosimo III de’ Medici venne inventato un dolce denominato “zuppa del duca” con caratteristiche molto simili all’attuale tiramisù. Altri attribuiscono la sua creazione all’Emilia Romagna; altri ancora che sia stato inventato da un pasticcere di Torino per dare sostegno a Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour; anche Gorizia e Udine se ne contendono la paternità.
Indipendentemente da dove sia nato è così buono da essere stato tradotto in 23 lingue diverse e in Europa è la quinta parola italiana più conosciuta. Buona dolce giornata.
