Andrea Auletta Interiors crea ambienti raffinatamente eleganti che trasmettono emozioni e che riflettono la passione e la cura con le quali vengono pensati. Il cuore dei progetti è il restyling ossia ridare vita ad alcuni oggetti esistenti, integrandoli con il nuovo. Recuperare e valorizzare facendo convivere classico e moderno significa riflettere l’anima di un luogo e la sua storia, oltre ad essere un concetto molto legato alla sostenibilità.

Il gradito invito per una colazione sulla terrazza al 13° piano dell’Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale è stata l’occasione per vedere l’Organics SkyGarden nella sua nuova veste e per conoscere i nuovi progetti dello studio. Non posso spoilerare troppo, ma ci sono fantastiche novità.

Posso, al momento, raccontarvi di questo “Place to Be” meneghino, un rooftop completamente rinnovato coniugando un design contemporaneo con arredi di Kettal e Leolori e sottolineando la sua anima green con un soffitto dal quale scendono cascate di piante e la pavimentazione in gres di ceppo verde. il tutto è abbracciato da una struttura di vetrate a scomparsa per godere di una vista di rara bellezza in tutte le stagioni dell’anno.

Andrea Auletta Interiors ha rinnovato anche il ristorante, creando una “scatola blu” dalle pareti ricoperte con ceramiche di Marazzi e dettagli cannettati, arricchito dalle iconiche nuvolette di Fornasetti, per evocare il cielo di Milano, creando un’atmosfera suggestiva; una vetrata conduce sul terrazzo esterno, offrendo agli ospiti una vista panoramica sullo skyline della città. A piano terra è stato creato un incantevole dehors esterno, accogliente, versatile ed elegante.

A Roma lo studio di Interior ha firmato il restyling di Maison Roma Piazza di Spagna | UNA Esperienze, boutique hotel situato nel cuore della città dall’eleganza contemporanea che rispetta l’anima della struttura, un’antica chiesa.

Il bar a piano terra si trova dove una volta era posizionato l’antico altare, di cui è ben visibile l’architettura. L’atmosfera vuole trasmettere la sensazione di casa, accogliente, rilassante e raffinata. E’ stata rispettata la suddivisione cromatica già presente dei corridoi che differenziano ogni piano e all’interno delle camere il tema cromatico viene ripreso attraverso l’uso sapiente delle carte da parati di Zambaiti Parati.

I can’t spoil too much, but there’s great news. I can, at the moment, tell you about this Milanese “Place to Be”, a completely renovated rooftop combining a contemporary design with furnishings by Kettal and Leolori and emphasizing its green soul with a ceiling from which cascades of plants descend and the green stoneware flooring. Everything is embraced by a structure of retractable windows to enjoy a view of rare beauty in all seasons of the year. Andrea Auletta Interiors has also renovated the restaurant, creating a “blue box” with walls covered with Marazzi ceramics and ribbed details, enriched by the iconic clouds by Fornasetti, to evoke the sky of Milan, creating an evocative atmosphere; a glass window leads onto the outdoor terrace, offering guests a panoramic view of the city skyline. On the ground floor there is an enchanting outdoor terrace, welcoming, versatile and elegant. In Rome, the Interior studio has designed the restyling of Maison Roma Piazza di Spagna | UNA Esperienze, a boutique hotel located in the heart of the city with a contemporary elegance that respects the soul of the structure, an ancient church. The bar on the ground floor is located where the ancient altar once stood, the architecture of which is clearly visible. The atmosphere wants to convey the feeling of home, welcoming, relaxing and refined. The chromatic subdivision already present in the corridors that differentiate each floor has been respected and inside the rooms the chromatic theme is taken up through the skilful use of wallpapers by Zambaiti Parati.
