Villa La Massa Excellence 2024

Uno splendido sole ha illuminato i bellissimi giardini di Villa La Massa, una splendida proprietà del Gruppo Villa d’Este risalente al XIII secolo. Questa e elegante dimora fiorentina è stata teatro di un evento imperdibile, il Villa La Massa Excellence, kermesse ideata e creata nel 2023 in collaborazione con Canossa. Vi hanno partecipato 22 vetture prodotte dal 1990 in poi. La Bugatti Centodieci del 2023 si è aggiudicata la “Coppa d’Oro Villa La Massa”, ispirata alla “Coppa d’Oro” del Concorso d’Eleganza della “sorella” Villa d’Este. Durante la cena di gala nella suggestiva cornice di “Atto” di Vito Mollica a Palazzo Portinari Salviati, nel cuore di Firenze, si è tenuta la premiazione. La Pininfarina Battista, il cui nome ricorda il fondatore della celebre azienda torinese, ha vinto il premio nella Classe “Innovazione”. Nella classe basata sui chilometri percorsi ha vinto la BMW Z8  con ben 77.600 km sul cruscotto, mentre per la vettura che arriva da più lontano è stata premiata la Mercedes Benz McLaren Roadster. Premiate anche l’Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione di un perfettissimo colore nero con finiture cromate e la pressoché unica Gemballa Mirage GT “Gold Edition”, un’elaborazione estetica e tecnica della celebre Porsche Carrera GT. 

L’evento si è concluso con un spettacolare tour nel Mugello, attraverso i leggendari passi della Futa e del Giogo, la prossima edizione ci attende nel 2025 con tantissime novità.

A splendid sun illuminated the beautiful gardens of Villa La Massa, a splendid property of the Villa d’Este Group dating back to the thirteenth century. This elegant Florentine residence was the scene of an unmissable event, the Villa La Massa Excellence, an event conceived and created in 2023 in collaboration with Canossa. 22 cars produced from 1990 onwards participated. The 2023 Bugatti Centodieci won the “Coppa d’Oro Villa La Massa”, inspired by the “Coppa d’Oro” of the Concorso d’Eleganza of its “sister” Villa d’Este. During the gala dinner in the evocative setting of “Atto” by Vito Mollica at Palazzo Portinari Salviati, in the heart of Florence, the award ceremony was held. The Pininfarina Battista, whose name recalls the founder of the famous Turin company, won the prize in the “Innovation” Class. In the class based on kilometers traveled, the BMW Z8 won with 77,600 km on the dashboard, while for the car that comes from further away, the Mercedes Benz McLaren Roadster was awarded. Also awarded were the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione in a perfect black colour with chrome trim and the almost unique Gemballa Mirage GT “Gold Edition”, an aesthetic and technical elaboration of the famous Porsche Carrera GT. The event ended with a spectacular tour in Mugello, through the legendary Futa and Giogo passes, the next edition awaits us in 2025 with many new features.
