XPAGODA

Il Monaco Yacht Show è stata l’occasione per presentare XPAGODA, una rivoluzionaria e innovativa piattaforma che cambia le regole del design dei superyacht di lusso ad uso charter e della sostenibilità finanziaria e ambientale. Il progetto è stato sviluppato da Stefano Pastrovich in collaborazione con GMDesign&Service, Chartwell Marine e Wolf, in consulenza con la Rina Classification Society.

La sua struttura interamente in alluminio non solo riduce notevolmente il peso e il pescaggio, rendendola accessibile alle acque poco profonde e quindi alle baie più belle del mondo, ma ha anche permesso di razionalizzare l’impianto di propulsione, rendendolo più efficiente. La struttura a pilastri offre ampie viste panoramiche; i ponti a sbalzo, che ricordano appunto una pagoda, aiutano ad ombreggiare riducendo la potenza richiesta all’aria condizionata; i materiali interni sono eleganti e il più possibile naturali.

Xpagoda è lunga 59 metri, può ospitare 20-24 ospiti in 10-12 suite di lusso o fino a 30 ospiti in 15 cabine economy ed è stata espressamente progettata per questi viaggiatori della generazione X, che preferiscono diversificare le loro vacanze piuttosto che acquistare costose proprietà. Le aree comuni sono pensate per per poter godere di eleganti spazi di intimità e naturalmente prevedono servizi di alta classe, dalla sauna, al centro benessere e massaggi, fino a una palestra, diverse piscine, bar e una piattaforma per il bagno a livello del mare che si fonde con l’acqua. Xpagoda si prospetta come una proposta interessante, sia come esperienza che come investimento.

The Monaco Yacht Show was an opportunity to present XPAGODA, a revolutionary and innovative platform that changes the rules of luxury superyacht design for charter use and financial and environmental sustainability. The project was developed by Stefano Pastrovich in collaboration with GMDesign&Service, Chartwell Marine and Wolf, in consultation with Rina Classification Society. The all-aluminum structure not only significantly reduces weight and draft, making it accessible to shallow waters and therefore to the most beautiful bays in the world, but has also made it possible to rationalize the propulsion system, making it more efficient. The pillared structure offers sweeping panoramic views; the cantilevered bridges, which resemble a pagoda, help to shade by reducing the power required for air conditioning; the interior materials are elegant and as natural as possible. Xpagoda is 59 meters long, can accommodate 20-24 guests in 10-12 luxury suites or up to 30 guests in 15 economy cabins and has been expressly designed for these Generation X travelers, who prefer to diversify their vacations rather than buy expensive properties. The common areas are designed to allow you to enjoy elegant spaces of intimacy and of course provide high-class services, from the sauna, to the wellness center and massages, to a gym, several swimming pools, bars and a bathing platform at sea level that merges with the water. Xpagoda promises to be an interesting proposition, both as an experience and as an investment.
